Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with mechanical and controls engineers, as well as skilled trades teams, to tackle challenges during programming, tryout, and installation phases of projects.
• Develop and execute PLC logic and programming tasks at our facilities throughout the build and debugging stages, and support installation and launch activities onsite at customer locations.
• Implement programming enhancements to control and logic systems that align with customer requests and evolving manufacturing needs.
• Troubleshoot, test, and validate I/O signals and safety zones within control systems, documenting any logic adjustments alongside the engineering team.
• Lead hands-on training sessions for PLC users at customer sites, empowering them with practical problem-solving skills and operational knowledge.

Qualifications/Desired Skills
• Education: Completion of a college or university program in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Robotics, or a closely related technical field.
• Technical Experience: 3-5 years working with the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic automated systems in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Innovative Mindset: A proactive problem solver who brings creative ideas and deep technical know-how to automation design challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a strong passion for teamwork and collaboration.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
