Position Overview
This role is responsible for staging, kitting, and delivering materials to production teams while maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and strong attention to detail.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick, stage, and kit materials according to production orders and build requirements
- Deliver materials and components to production, assembly, and fabrication areas
- Ensure all kits are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule
- Package and label materials for internal use or shipment
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Update inventory transactions in ERP system or tracking logs
- Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory audits
- Monitor material levels and notify leadership of shortages
- Ensure FIFO (first in, first out) practices are followed
- Load and unload trucks using hi-lo or pallet jack
- Verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders
- Prepare outgoing shipments and documentation as needed
- Maintain organization of stockroom and warehouse areas
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and storage locations
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Operate material handling equipment safely
- Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- 1–3 years of material handling, warehouse, or kitting experience in manufacturing
- Automotive, prototype, or low-volume manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read work orders and pick lists
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team-oriented with solid communication skills
- Hi-lo / forklift
- Pallet jack (manual and electric)
- RF scanner or inventory tracking systems
- High school diploma or GED required
