Position Overview
Are you ready to take your sales operations skills to the next level? We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist with 2–3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you love problem-solving, enjoy making sales teams more efficient, and are fluent in HubSpot CRM, this is your chance to shine.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Be the go-to HubSpot expert—owning data integrity, managing pipelines, building reports, and streamlining workflows.
• Keep the sales team moving—preparing proposals, updating contracts, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Track performance and deliver actionable insights that help us hit and exceed targets.
• Partner with sales and marketing to make sure every lead gets the attention it deserves.
• Share best practices and help the team get the most out of HubSpot.
• Look for ways to make processes smarter, faster, and more customer-focused.
Qualifications/Desired Skills
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Ops, or a similar role.
• Hands-on HubSpot CRM expertise (must-have).
• A detail-driven mindset—you catch the small things that make a big difference.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using modern sales and productivity tools.
• A team player who loves working cross-functionally to get things done.
