Position Overview:
is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong craftsmanship skills who enjoy hands-on work requiring precision, patience, and attention to detail.This is an entry-level role working with advanced materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, Kevlar, and other high-performance composites to manufacture precision components. Candidates with backgrounds in skilled trades or hands-on craftsmanship often excel in this position. We are specifically looking for individuals who take pride in quality work and have experience in roles or hobbies that require careful handwork, fine detail, and craftsmanship—not repetitive production or warehouse work.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lay composite materials into molds using pre-impregnated materials (prepreg) or liquid resin systems
• Fabricate high-performance composite parts using: Vacuum Bagging / Prepreg Lamination / Vacuum Infusion Processes
• Follow written and verbal work instructions regarding material placement and orientation
• Prepare molds for lamination and maintain mold surface quality
• Prepare vacuum bags and perform bagging/debagging procedures
• Ensure vacuum integrity and process compliance throughout production
• Complete required documentation and production paperwork accurately
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Support quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• No prior composites experience required — training provided
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good hand dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Strong upper body strength and stamina
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Must consistently clock in before 6:00 AM
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in roles requiring craftsmanship and high-quality finishing work
• Mechanical or fabrication experience
• Background in skilled trades or hands-on technical work
