Position Overview
The Supplier management Analyst plays a critical role in managing supplier information,
optimizing supplier data systems, and ensuring the integrity and usability of supplier-
related analytics. This role supports strategic sourcing, risk management, and performance tracking by maintaining accurate, comprehensive, and actionable supplier data across the organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Supplier Data Management:
- Own and maintain the supplier master database, ensuring data accuracy,
- completeness, and consistency across systems
System Optimization:
- Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to enhance supplier data and
- integration across applications.
Supplier Onboarding & Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee supplier registration, qualification, and onboarding processes. Ensure
- timely updates to supplier profiles and documentation.
Data Governance & Compliance:
- Implement and enforce data governance policies related to supplier data,
- including regulatory compliance (e.g., ESG, diversity certifications).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with purchasing, finance, legal, quality, and sustainability teams to align
- supplier data with business needs and compliance requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline supplier data processes, reduce duplication,
- and improve data quality and accessibility
Supplier Diversity:
- Maintain diverse supplier status and perform customer reporting. Manage all
- data related to diverse suppliers.
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience with procurement data management, systems & supplier lifecycle
- management is preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and database management.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and stakeholder
- communication.
- Strong, troubleshooting and communication skills to ensure data integrity and
- alignment
