Position Overview:
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality products. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of assembly operations and production processes to manufacture completed products
• Inspect and assemble components according to customer orders, engineering specifications, and bills of material
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and assemblies to meet quality and production requirements
• Visually inspect completed products and components to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify and report defective materials or products
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical or hydraulic issues encountered during assembly
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required
• Follow all production procedures and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Support inventory management and material handling activities
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and work procedures
• Basic math skills and ability to perform measurements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when required
• Ability to work safely and follow company policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as: Micrometers / Calipers / Measurement gauges
• Experience operating production equipment and machinery
• Mechanical assembly or industrial production experience
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
