Position Overview:
The Key Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing vehicle key distribution and ensuring test drivers are properly assigned to vehicles and equipped for daily evaluations. This role supports both drivers and engineers by maintaining accurate records, preparing tools and equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service support to drivers and engineers by answering questions and distributing assigned vehicle keys
• Prepare daily test driver materials, including keys, phones, route information, and evaluation tools
• Accurately update customer systems with driver assignments, equipment usage, and dispatch information
• Complete end-of-day updates, including mileage tracking and test data reporting
• Maintain and complete required reports in both customer and internal systems
• Perform daily key audits to ensure accuracy against vehicle inventory
• Prepare vehicles for return to customers, including removing company equipment and conducting damage inspections
• Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of test driving experience
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including accurate data entry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
