Position Overview
As a Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with our product, engineering, and client success teams to analyze large datasets, optimize system performance, and support key business decisions. You’ll play a critical role in helping us and our clients understand what the data is telling us—and how to act on it.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and transform data from internal systems and client platforms.
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, system usage, and business performance.
• Analyze trends, identify anomalies, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data needs for product development and business strategy.
• Work with SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting processes.
Qualifications/Desired Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Proficiency with Excel and at least one BI/data visualization tool.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills—ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise systems environments.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of ETL pipelines or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
