Position Overview
The Aerospace Builder assembles electrical components and builds wire harnesses to be used in aircraft seats.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Assemble parts according to visual work instructions or engineering blueprints.
• Inspect assembled parts following work instructions for quality assurance.
• Utilize manual, electric, and air hand tools for part assembly.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Support compliance with Company Quality Policies.
• Contribute to corporate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
• Experience or education in blueprint reading and wiring schematic interpretation.
• Use of assembly hand tools.
• Basic wiring experience a plus.
