Position Overview:

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist senior assemblers with the assembly of products, components, and sub-assemblies according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
• Follow electronic build books and assembly instructions to ensure accurate and consistent product assembly.
• Prepare, clean, and organize parts, components, and finished products for production.
• Support the movement of materials, tools, and finished products throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Inspect assembled components for quality and report any issues to supervisors.
• Safely use hand tools and basic assembly equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• No prior manufacturing experience required—we provide on-the-job training.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate electronic work instructions.
• Ability to read and follow written assembly procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Automotive shop classes or vocational training.
• Experience performing personal vehicle maintenance or mechanical repairs.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Skills & Abilities
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and basic assembly equipment.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as production demands require.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
