Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Electrical Technicians to join our growing team in long-term, stable roles. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on technicians who take pride in precision workmanship, quality, and collaboration while building critical electrical systems.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Follow detailed work instructions, including wiring prints, cut sheets, and sample harnesses.
• Assemble wiring harnesses using hand tools and proper industry-standard assembly techniques.
• Work collaboratively in small teams to meet daily production and build targets.
• Perform quality validation and inspections of completed wire harness assemblies to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct teardown, repair, and rework of donor harnesses as required.
• Track inventory of project parts and supplies, reporting shortages or discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support collaborative project execution.
• Deliver world-class products and services that meet customer and quality standards.
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in wire harness assembly.
• Proficiency in wire preparation, crimping, soldering, and de-pinning techniques.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from wiring diagrams, prints, and cut sheets.
• Strong measurement and attention-to-detail skills to ensure precision assembly.
• Experience using test equipment, including multimeters, for validation and troubleshooting.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory tracking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Positive, motivated attitude with flexibility to cross-train and expand skill sets.
