Description
Position Overview:
Synergy Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Teamcenter Analyst I to support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) operations within a collaborative engineering environment. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting BOM (Bill of Materials) management, administering Teamcenter processes, and assisting end users with system documentation and training. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about supporting engineering and manufacturing operations through effective PLM management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create, maintain, and manage the Teamcenter Classification Library.
• Support Bill of Materials (BOM) management and product release processes while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain and audit Teamcenter data to ensure compliance with company standards and established business processes.
• Perform regular system audits, identify discrepancies, and resolve data quality issues.
• Assist users by providing access to training materials, process documentation, and system support.
• Support engineering change management activities and maintain program documentation within SharePoint.
• Monitor Teamcenter workflows to ensure accurate data entry and timely completion of required processes.
• Stay current on Teamcenter enhancements and recommend improvements that increase system efficiency and user productivity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to support PLM initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with additional projects as assigned.
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a technical, engineering support, or data management role.
• Experience supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
• 1–3 years of Teamcenter PLM experience.
• Working knowledge of CAD software and engineering documentation.
• Experience supporting engineering change management processes.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial engineering environments.
• Ability to work overtime or weekends as needed to support business requirements.
