Synergy Solutions is hiring a dependable Inventory/Teardown Tech for trade assignments with leading employers. Position Overview:
This role is responsible for inventory control, automotive component teardown, part identification, and supporting engineering review activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on automotive mechanical experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of urgency and professionalism.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves
• Read work orders and follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Identify, inspect, and track incoming and outgoing parts for quality, quantity, and accuracy
• Perform automotive component and vehicle disassembly/teardown activities
• Organize and stage parts for engineering review by commodity and system
• Return and properly store parts after engineering reviews are completed
• Package and secure materials using strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent damage during transport
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing packing materials and general housekeeping
• Utilize inventory systems and computer programs to track and document parts
• Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and internal departments
• Support additional warehouse, inventory, and technical tasks as assigned

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of inventory experience preferred
• 1–2 years of automotive technician/mechanic experience, specifically disassembly and teardown
• Strong computer skills and overall technical aptitude
• Must provide own tools and rolling toolbox
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and work instructions
• Effective verbal communication and customer interaction skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Valid driver’s license required
Preferred Skills
• Experience working in automotive engineering, prototype, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with automotive systems and components
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as needed
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in a shop or warehouse environment for extended periods
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and material handling equipment
