Position Overview
This role will support automotive manufacturing operations by managing inventory, picking and pulling parts, processing material transactions, and moving materials throughout the facility. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control and timely delivery of materials to the production floor. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive manufacturing, inventory management, ERP systems, and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position that requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Important: This is not solely a Hi-Lo driving position. Hi-Lo operation accounts for approximately 25% of the role. The majority of responsibilities involve material handling, inventory processing, and ERP system transactions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Pick, pull, stage, and deliver automotive parts to production areas
• Process inventory transactions and material movements within the ERP system
• Receive, distribute, and organize incoming materials and inventory
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
• Load, unload, and move freight throughout the facility using a Hi-Lo/Forklift
• Perform accurate cycle counts and inventory audits
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and tracked
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and free of packing dunnage
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Support overtime and additional operational needs when required

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of material control experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
• Strong experience managing inventory transactions using a computer-based ERP system
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse operations
• Ability to operate a Hi-Lo/Forklift and successfully complete internal certification training
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience using PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems

• Ability to read, count, track, and communicate inventory information accurately
• Ability to follow directions and quickly learn new systems and technologies
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work Environment
This position works within a warehouse and automotive manufacturing environment and may require standing, walking, lifting, bending, and operating industrial equipment throughout the shift.
