Position Overview
Our organization is seeking an experienced Production Foam Skiver to join our Production Manufacturing group. This person will build seat foam seat models and rework foam when needed. We will train motivated individuals with experience and/or education in Blueprint Reading.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Given a full-scale drawing with specific information about the foam material, size, shape, and features that the foam needs to be formed into.
- You will pull a template matching the drawing specifications and select the foam to build the model or revise foam parts being reworked.
- Support compliance with RCO Quality Policies
- Any other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Blue Print Reading Required
- Ability to work with power hand tools
- Ability to accurately work with handheld grinders
- Comfortable working independently, sitting, and standing in a manufacturing environment.
- Confident to ask questions when needing direction.
