Shift Details:
3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Willingly accepts direction from supervisor or assistant supervisor.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality in accordance with scheduled shift hours.
- Respond promptly and courteously to requests for additional materials.
- Always confirm stock codes to ensure correct materials are used.
- Weigh and verify receipt of customer goods per customer requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation control through accurate data input and adherence to receiving procedures.
- Communicate supply needs to ensure smooth handoff between shifts.
- Ensure each skid of completed material is properly and accurately labeled.
- Transport all overstock immediately after job completion to designated areas.
- Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members to achieve maximum production.
- Operate hand-powered and electric pallet jacks as required.
- Package and prepare fulfillment deliveries per packing slips.
- Assist with UPS shipping and serve as backup when needed.
- Perform general cleanup of work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific work instructions.
- Proactively assist supervisors, monitor quality, and communicate effectively with management regarding production issues related to materials, equipment, or staffing.
- Follow all rules and regulations outlined in the Associate Handbook.
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, fulfillment, or light industrial experience preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.
- Willingness to take initiative and work collaboratively to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- Shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience.
- Familiarity with packing slips, barcodes, or inventory labeling
- Experience working overnight or third-shift schedules
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, stoop, and occasionally kneel or crouch. The associate must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
