Position Overview:
This role will support multiple customer programs within our fast-paced automation and manufacturing environment. This role serves as the central point of communication between customers, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and customer expectations are exceeded.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining project momentum from initial customer engagement through project completion.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously while managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, sales, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and service teams
• Maintain regular communication with customers by providing project updates, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns
• Track project milestones and proactively communicate scheduling changes or potential risks
• Coordinate project logistics including: equipment procurement / shipments / deliveries / invoices / documentation
• Monitor project schedules to ensure customer commitments and internal deadlines are achieved
• Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, customer records, and internal databases
• Support project managers by coordinating meetings, documenting action items, and following up on outstanding tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting project schedules or customer satisfaction
• Assist with preparing customer reports, project summaries, and internal progress updates
• Ensure project information is accurately maintained within company systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve project coordination processes
• Perform additional administrative and project support duties as assigned

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Required Qualifications
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in: Business / Project Management / Engineering Technology / related field preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, project administration, or manufacturing support
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel / Word / Outlook / PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting manufacturing, automation, automotive, or industrial equipment projects
• Experience working with ERP or project management software
• Familiarity with purchasing, logistics, or supply chain coordination
• Experience supporting engineering or capital equipment programs
