Position Overview:
This role is responsible for assembling and breaking down components on a production line while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform repetitive assembly line operations to build axle components
• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and production requirements
• Follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader
• Cross-train and operate multiple workstations across the assembly line
• Follow all safety procedures and actively promote a safe work environment
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions (mechanical, electrical, or safety-related)
• Report all incidents, defects, or abnormalities immediately
• Inspect finished products and isolate defective or non-conforming parts
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Strong work history and reliability required
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to complete training
• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a production environment
