Description
Synergy Solutions is hiring a dependable Laser Cell Operator – 1st Shift for trade assignments with leading employers. Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing and strong troubleshooting skills. Candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in producing quality parts are encouraged to apply.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Load and unload robotic laser cutting machines
• Operate robotic laser cells while maintaining production standards
• Monitor machine performance with a forward thinking mentality
• Perform basic troubleshooting to keep equipment running efficiently
• Perform quality visual inspections prior to loading finished material into specified areas
• Read and follow work instructions and production schedules
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow all safety procedures
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Lift up to 25lbs
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Preferred Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
