Join Synergy Solutions as a contingent Vehicle Flash Validator supporting automotive engineering and diagnostic teams on critical vehicle validation initiatives. Position Overview:
This position works closely with engineering teams, vehicle coordinators, and management to ensure vehicles and electronic control units (ECUs) are properly allocated, tracked, maintained, and available when needed.
The position is fully onsite in Rochester Hills, Michigan, Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Verify and maintain vehicle allocations for assigned engineering groups.
• Maintain existing vehicle logistics processes and make updates as needed.
• Monitor vehicle check-in/check-out databases to effectively manage workload and vehicle availability.
• Enter, monitor, and update engineering vehicle information using Excel spreadsheets and database tracking systems.
• Prepare and provide vehicle status and tracking reports to managers and vehicle coordinators.
• Coordinate vehicle pickups and returns while following all corporate and internal procedures.
• Manage corporate and other vehicle key pickups and returns.
• Conduct vehicle walk-around inspections for damage or other issues during pickup and return.
• Support and perform vehicle flash validation processes as required.
• Maintain and manage vehicle and ECU processes as directed by management.
• Support Service Flash Validation, Flash Development Support, and Core Diagnostic Tool Validation teams.
• Attend and participate in meetings with internal management, engineering teams, and vehicle coordination groups.
• Complete special projects and other assignments as directed by internal or corporate management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to vehicles, ECUs, logistics, and validation activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in vehicle portering, dealership operations, automotive service, or a related environment.
• General knowledge of automotive technology and vehicle systems.
• Experience using automotive diagnostic tools preferred.
• Basic understanding of modern vehicle networking and tracking systems.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, file formats, and directory structures.
• Strong documentation and project coordination skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to interface professionally with various levels of management and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of reliability and stable work history.
• Valid driver’s license with an exceptional/clean driving record.
• Ability and willingness to safely operate and move vehicles as required.
Preferred Qualifications
• College degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Previous experience supporting automotive engineering or vehicle validation activities.
• Previous dealership service experience.
• Experience with Stellantis vehicles or service operations.
• Familiarity with vehicle flash programming and validation processes.
• Experience with automotive engineering vehicle coordination or fleet management.
