Description
Seeking a sharp, dependable Inventory and Outbound Analyst – 1st and 2nd shift for contingent assignments in business and administrative functions. Synergy Solutions connects professionals with flexible roles that support fast-paced corporate teams and critical operations.

**Must be willing to work rotating shifts between nights and days to cover all shift and team outages. Potential for weekend work based on customer demand.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Representative acts as the intermediary between the company and Customer located at the paint facility in between to assure a smooth flow of material to the customer to meet build demand.
• Procuring the correct finished parts from our manufacturing facility in Dry Ridge
• Monitoring paint progression to assure the correct parts are available when they need to ship to Customer
• Overseeing shipping ASNs through SAP while coaching CSR on issues to resolve
• Controlling facilities inventory movements through SAP
• Monitoring Customer supplier portal to make sure parts are being sequenced and shipped to meet demand
• Communicating with the plant, the painter, Penske/Customer, and carriers running to and from the facility
• The individual will work closely with the painter’s materials supervisor and floor employees to accomplish necessary tasks around the facility requiring leadership skills to accomplish compliance with requests.
• The position will require completion of other tasks as assigned by the materials manager.

Qualifications/Desired Skills
• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Leadership experience preferred
• Excel experience is required; SAP experience is a preferred
• Ability to speak English and Spanish is a preferred
• Intermediate computer skills required including use of excel and SAP as you will generally be managing multiple programs, files, and screens at the same time to accomplish work
• Strong critical thinking, organization, communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to work autonomously with little to no direction to accomplish all work tasks
• Ability to deal with multiple projects and stressful situations
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work standing majority of the shift
