Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Utilize FastCrib software to look up parts and inventory information.
• Create new bin locations within the inventory management system.
• Transfer inventory from existing bin locations to new locations.
• Accurately adjust and zero out inventory counts in old bin locations after transfers are completed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity.
• Physically move tools, parts, and materials to designated storage locations.
• Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation as needed.
• Navigate databases and inventory systems efficiently.
• Support general tool crib operations and maintain organized storage areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and inventory control processes.

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
• Strong database navigation and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain inventory data.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory as required.
