Description
Seeking a sharp, dependable Technical Writer for contingent assignments in business and administrative functions. Synergy Solutions connects professionals with flexible roles that support fast-paced corporate teams and critical operations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop, write and edit technical and administrative documentation (training literature,
procedural documentation, reference guides, online help guides, technical presentations,
etc.).
• Prepare complex workflow charts.
• Lead projects as needed.
• Write original documentation and edit existing documentation (i.e. user guides, process
documents, policies, etc.)
• Interview technical staff, end-users and Subject Matter Experts (SME) needed to
accurately write the necessary documentation.
• Create and update forms and documentation templates.
• Partner with staff and management to complete process improvement initiatives.
• Develop documentation regarding process framework, process repository management
and training.
• Perform as a project lead when needed: track project assignments, coordinate schedules
for the division, gather essential resources, maintain a comprehensive action plan, etc.
• Support business analysis efforts by creating supporting documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
