Description
Synergy Solutions is hiring a dependable Operator for trade assignments with leading employers. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Run production; operate manual CNC machinery, to include finishing, deburring, packaging and inventory.
• Complete daily work sheets and inspection sheets.
• Measures and marks dimensions and reference point for subsequent machining.
• Verifies conformance of finished product to specifications.
• Fits and assembles parts into complete or partial assembly when needed.
• Ability to accurately record work performed and materials used.
• Maintain and operate precision machinery, shop equipment/ tools.
• Continuous production of quality and safe product(s).
• Maintains and promotes a clean work environment which includes tools, machines, equipment, ad company property.
• Stays current with technical changes through continuous improvement.
• Responsible for housekeeping throughout company.
• Fully participate in and support the company Quality Business Management System.
• Follow and implement training requirements outlined in the company Training Matrix to ensure safety and quality.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
• Ability to understand and to follow written and verbal communication.
• Basic shop mathematic skills.
