Description
Seeking a sharp, dependable Maintenance Planner for contingent assignments in business and administrative functions. Synergy Solutions connects professionals with flexible roles that support fast-paced corporate teams and critical operations.

Position Overview
This position requires a self-directed person interested in working in the Purchasing and Maintenance area. They must be willing to work in a fast pace environment and be capable of handling multiple tasks. This person must be computer literate and capable of completing a variety of tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Type purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Record keeping and inventory for purchased parts.
• Maintain office supplies for plant.
• Send out tools for repair.
• Verifying non-production parts inventory.
• Assist with reconciling Procurement Card purchases.
• Help research vendors and update supplier database.
• Contact sub-suppliers for purchased services.
• Data entry for Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Generate Preventative Maintenance Reports.
• Other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications/Desired Skills
• Proficient in the use of computers to include Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to work daily or weekend overtime as needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Products preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience preferred.
